We also provide remedies to the concerned employees/workmen/servicemen in availing their rights under the various legislations and enactments governing the Service-related subjects such as Gratuity, Maternity, Pension, EPF, Compulsory Retirement, Termination etc. Our work in this space revolves majorly around legislations such as the Payment of Gratuity Act, Workmen’s Compensation Act, Factories Act, and Industrial Disputes Act amongst others. We also represent our clients in relation to legal proceedings related to service law before various judicial and quasi judicial authorities including the High Courts and the Supreme Court.
